Oh how we love an upcycling craft opp here at London for Kidz HQ! We've already turned our loo rolls into unicorns and spiders, and transformed cardboard boxes into houses, so now we're giving our old plastic bottles an overhaul with these 5 plastic bottle crafts for kids.
1. Toothbrush holder
These adorable toothbrush holders (pictured above) are a brilliant way to encourage kids to head to the bathroom to clean their gnashers! Head over to Craft for Kids for the video tutorial.
2. No-sew pencil cases
Put the Easter holidays to good use and prep for the kids getting back to the classroom with a shiny, new, no-sew zipper cases by Make It Love It.
3. Bird feeder
We've had a blast recently flexing our green fingers with these gardening projects for kids, so we're definitely adding this bird feeder to our repertoire thanks to Eco Sapien.
4. Plant pots
Who would have thought an ugly old plastic bottle could be transformed into such an uber cute plant pot? We love, love, love these gorgeous little numbers by Super Simple.
5. Ocean in a bottle
Not only is this an excellent opportunity for a discussion with your little ones about ocean conservation, but it also makes for a wonderful sensory play activity too. Check out these rather soothing video tutorial instructions by What Do We Do All Day.
